Dealing with loss Saturday May 18th 10.00 am - 12.30pm
Ÿ Separation and loss are an inevitable aspect of our lives and can be the source of intense sadness, fear and pain. Through Buddha’s wisdom we can learn how to come to terms with loss and find genuine peace, courage and acceptance.
Ÿ Our morning courses are the perfect way to start the weekend and include talks, practical guided meditations and a continental breakfast served in the break! Breakfast is vegetarian – let us know in advance if you would like a vegan or gluten free option.

Children's group Saturday May 18th 2- 3 pm
with Kelsang Chonyi
Meditation and fun activities for children (accompanied by parent or carer). Kids will learn how to keep a peaceful mind, deal with upsetting feelings and how to keep a good heart towards family and friends.
