Immerse yourself in a weekend of sublime meditations based on eight beautiful verses that comprise one of Buddhism’s best-loved teachings, Eight Verses of Training the mind. These meditations enable us to develop and strengthen authentic love and compassion and to transform our experience of life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights.
All meditations are explained and guided – everyone welcome! Please book in advance. Refreshments and vegetarian lunch included.

Meditation and fun activities for children (accompanied by parent or carer). Kids will learn how to keep a peaceful mind, deal with upsetting feelings and how to keep a good heart towards family and friends.
