Introduction to Tantra

Meditation day course, Join live: Sunday 16th May, 10.30am-4.30pm

Recorded sessions available for 7 days after the end of the course

  • A wish to protect all living beings from their suffering, is at the heart of Buddhism.  This compassionate wish will be accomplished by practicing Buddha’s Tantric teachings  through which we can break free from our ordinary, mundane and self-limiting appearances.  By purifying our mind, including our very subtle mind, we will experience our world, our self, our enjoyments and our activities as completely pure.  This is the state of enlightenment through which we can effortlessly benefit all living beings.
  • This course is suitable for everyone, particularly those who are new to Tantra.  It will also be a perfect introduction for those interested in receiving Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments at the NKT Summer Festival this year.

Please book at least three hours before the start time to be sure of receiving the links ready to join at scheduled time.   (You can still book later and receive the recordings.)

“Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. We all wish for world peace, but world peace will never be acheived unless we first establish peace within our own minds. We can send so-called ‘peacekeeping forces’ into areas of conflict, but peace cannot be imposed from the outside with guns. Only by creating peace within our own mind and helping others to do the same can we hope to achieve peace in this world.”
