Recorded webinars available for 72 hours after the end of each session
We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence yet very few of us have really come to terms with this fact. If, instead of denying or fearing death, we learn to live with an awareness of our mortality, we can bring real meaning and joy to our life, face our own death with peace and also learn how to help those who are dying and those who have died. All sessions will include talks and guided meditations based on the book, Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available from Tharpa Publications in paper and in eBook format.
>£4 per session
Join at scheduled time or, alternatively, recordings will be available soon after each session and can be viewed any time within 72 hours of the end of scheduled session.

From the author:
“We need to transform whatever circumstances we meet, whether good or bad, into the spiritual path by channelling all our actions in a virtuous direction. This practice is extremely important. Those who engage in it successfully will never have to experience anxiety or discouragement but will be able to remain calm and peaceful in all circumstances.”
It is very important to identify the actual cause of whatever unhappiness we feel. If we are forever blaming our difficulties on others, this is a sure sign that there are still many problems and faults within our own mind.”
